National Mini Storage – Hobsonville and Newmarket

National Mini Storage was one of the first Self Storage companies in New Zealand when it opened in 1991. Over the following years further Auckland sites were purchased and developed into self-storage facilities.

In 2007 they added the Albany 2 facility after converting an existing warehouse, completing an award winning extension in 2015. Each new build or extension has to incorporate new technologies and innovations to improve services for customers, and is created using long term suppliers to ensure professional maintenance and upgrades.

Auckland Rail Operations Centre

The Auckland Rail Operations Centre in Ellerslie opened in March 2024 will see teams from KiwiRail, Auckland Transport and Auckland One Rail working more closely together to improve train services across the city.
